Where do I register?

How much does it cost?

$229 through October 24th
$249 October 25th-December 1st
$269 after Dec 1st

When is the registration deadline?

Registration closes 12/1/2018 at midnight.

What if I can't come last minute?

You can transfer your tickets to another student free of charge. We will not be able to refund tickets. Please email andrew.lingg@campusoutreach.org if you have any further questions. 

Where and when is conference?

We'll be downtown at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (350 W Maryland St, Indianapolis, IN 46225). Check in is 3-5pm on December 28th and our last session is on the morning of January 1st.

How do I get to conference?

Students will be responsible for their own transportation. Contact a campus staff member if you need assistance coordinating a ride.

CO Minneapolis: Transportation will be provided only for Minneapolis students.

Where do I park at conference?

Parking passes will be sold for $40 for parking at IUPUI. At IUPUI, you can park at Lot 73,  the Gateway Garage, and Lot 92. Parking passes are valid from 12/28/2018 to 1/1/2018. On December 28th from 3pm - 6pm, parking passes will be sold on the corner of N California Street and W Michigan Street, the entrance of Lot 73. Afterward parking passes will be sold in the book store. Please reserve your parking spot here.

CO Minneapolis: Parking is not a consideration for you because transportation is provided.

Can I stay with a friend?

You can request to stay with a specific student on your registration form.

Does the conference provide meals?

The conference does not provide any meals. However, the staff work hard to get "meal deals" and discounts for the students. There is a mall food court attached to the hotel via skyway bridge. Wearing your conference name tag will give you deals at many of the restaurants. We recommend bringing your own food for breakfast.
