Where do I register?
Registration Is closed, if you would like to attend conference, you can register late at the late registration price of $219. We cannot guarantee space in the hotel or roommate preference. Please contact your staff person or firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
How much does it cost?
$179 through October 15th
$199 October 16th-December 8th
$219 after December 8th
If the cost is a problem please contact your campus staff member about options.
When is the registration deadline?
Registration closes 12/1/2017 at midnight. Extended registration is now open through Dec 8th at midnight. Late registration will be available as long as there is space in the hotel.
What if I can't come last minute?
You can transfer your tickets to another student free of charge up until Dec 1st. No Transfers or refunds can happen after Dec 1st. Please email email@example.com if you have any further questions.
How do I get to conference?
COCI: Students will be responsible for their own transportation. Contact a campus staff member if you need assistance coordinating a ride.
COM: Most students will be driving their own vehicles and carpooling. We have a limited number of spots in 15 passenger vans for an additional cost of $20.
Can I stay with a friend?
You can request to stay with a specific student on your registration form.
Where do we stay during the confrEnece?
The conference takes place at the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee, WI. The address is 333 W Kilbourn Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53203.
Does the conference provide meals?
The conference does not provide any meals. However, the staff work hard to get "meal deals" and discounts for the students. There is a mall food court attached to the hotel via indoor skyway. Wearing your conference name tag will give you deals at many of the restaurants. We recommend bringing your own food for breakfast.
